Who Is Rafael?
I am a Health and Wellness Practitioner seeking to understand how to be truly healthy and vibrant in our bodies. I believe that the most effective way we can make a positive change in this world starts with each individual becoming the best version of themselves. This belief has led me to receive training in Massage (LMT 2025), Ayurveda (AHC 20220), Yoga (YTT 2020) and Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho, Lvl. II 2019). Ayurveda teaches how to live a healthy balanced life and that all dis-ease arises from falling out of balance with nature, both within and all around us. With this understanding, I work to provide holistic therapeutic sessions that assist my clients to come into balance and align with their true nature.
